Individuals who are 18 and older and families in need of emergency shelter in the City of Chicago can call 3-1-1 to receive immediate assistance and shelter.
CES Access Point, Connects you to Long Term Housing. Families are eligible if living in a shelter, in a public place, or outside or fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence
